How this is worked out
EMI is the standard amortised payment: P times R times (1+R)^N, over (1+R)^N minus 1, where R is the annual rate over twelve and N is the tenure in months. Every instalment is identical; only the split between interest and principal moves.
Total payment is the instalment times the number of months, and total interest is that figure minus the amount borrowed. Fees, insurance and processing charges are not in it, so add them before comparing two lenders.
Interest share is total interest over total payment. It is the number that shows what a longer tenure really costs, because a longer tenure always lowers the instalment and always raises this figure.
